Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 6, 2025.
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outline the terms under which"The Lunatic Kids" provides services. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
"The Lunatic Kids" agrees to provide the following services:
Creative artwork and educational products and services.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require prior written approval and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms

• Payment Due Date: 24 hours from invoice date
All payments must be made on time. Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee per day. Work will commence only after receiving an upfront deposit of 50% (if applicable).
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
"The Lunatic Kids" operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of the client. We retain control over how services are delivered while adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards.
4. Ownership and Copyrights
• Upon full payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to The Lunatic Kids.
• "The Lunatic Kids" retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The client may not modify, resell, or redistribute the work without prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
• All payments are non-refundable due to the nature of creative services.
• If the project is canceled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to that point.
7. Liability and Disputes
• "The Lunatic Kids" is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the final deliverables.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Indian Constitution and resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings if necessary.
8. Agreement and Acceptance
By engaging in services with "The Lunatic Kids" the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
