Return & Refund Policy

At The Lunatic Kids, we are committed to providing quality products and a fair return policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered by mistake” are not eligible.
• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
• The customer must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at thelunatickids@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, stating the issue and providing photos if applicable.
2. If the return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.
3. The item must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
5. Returned items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos and videos).
• If verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
• If the exact item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Digital downloads, e-books, and gift cards.
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Custom-designed or personalised products.
• Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been processed after 14 business days:
• Check with the bank or payment provider.

7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who:
• Make excessive return requests.
• Attempt fraudulent claims, such as falsely reporting an item as damaged.
• Return used or different items instead of the original product.
Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
8. Force Majeure Clause
Refunds and returns may be delayed or denied due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
• Strikes, supply chain disruptions, or shipping delays.
• Server failures, cyberattacks, or third-party payment processing issues.
9. Policy Updates
The Lunatic Kids reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
