At The Lunatic Kids, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping process for our customers. Please carefully review the following shipping policy, which outlines processing times, delivery expectations, and our responsibilities regarding third-party shipping providers.


Processing and Delivery Timeframes


Orders are processed and shipped within the following timeframes:

Digital Products – Delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase.

Standard Physical Products – Shipped within 3 to 6 business days following order confirmation.

Premium and Custom Products – Shipped within 2 weeks, allowing for additional processing and customization.

Interstate and Remote Area Deliveries – Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider’s serviceability and logistical factors.


Third-Party Shipping Provider Disclaimer


The Lunatic Kids does not operate as an independent shipping provider. All physical products are shipped via third-party courier services. While we ensure timely dispatch of orders, we cannot be held liable for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier, including transit disruptions, strikes, or operational issues.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping provider.

Delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Upon shipment, the responsibility for tracking and delivery rests with the respective courier service. Customers are encouraged to directly contact the shipping provider for inquiries related to delivery status or delays.


Shipping Fees and Charges


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product type, and applicable courier charges. Additional fees may apply for international shipments, oversized packages, or expedited shipping requests.


Tracking and Order Updates

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment’s progress.

If an order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, customers should contact us at thelunatickids@gmail.com with their order details. While we will assist in coordinating with the shipping provider, we cannot guarantee expedited resolutions.


Unforeseen Delays and Exceptional Circumstances


The Lunatic Kids is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or civil disruptions.

Customs clearance procedures for international shipments.

Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


In the event of a significant delay, we will notify the customer via email with any available updates.


Lost or Damaged Shipments


If a package is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery date, providing photographic evidence if applicable. While The Lunatic Kids is not liable for damages incurred during third-party shipping, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider where possible. Any resolutions, including replacements or refunds, will be determined at our sole discretion in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, processing begins, and modifications may not be possible.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
